Job description / Role

Our client, a large FM contractor company are seeking a Hard Services Manager to join their KSA operation.

Candidates should be experienced in managing Hard FM (MEP) services, FM contracts, and service delivery to SLA and KPIs.

The role will be for a mixed use development consisting of commercial, residential and retail facilities.

Candidates must have a TRANSFERABLE IQAMA

Requirements

• Degree qualified
• Experience managing TFM (MEP, Cleaning and Security) Service providers
• Knowledge of contracts including performance management of contracts to KPI and SLA
• Candidates must have Middle East experience
• Managing a team of blue collar workers delivering Hard FM services
• Must have a Transferable Iqama
