Head of HR

A Saudi National is required for a prestigious, retail based organisation within the Kingdom. This is a new position that will support the board of directors in delivering a sophisticated people agenda, manage a world class HR team and have a dedicated approach to training and development of people within the business at all levels.

We a looking for a highly educated individual who takes personal interest in developing them self and leading by example. This position will be very operational and therefore not suited to a pure strategist.

Requirements

- 10 + years experience in a HR Generalist position.
- Must be a Saudi National.
- Must have experience in a retail based organisation.
- Must possess HR qualifications, Ideally CIPD or equivalent.
- Can demonstrate a hands on approach to setting up training, delivery of training and coaching at all levels across a business.
- Can demonstrate a clear career path that is dedicated to HR, we are not looking for individuals who have jumped around.
- Good personality, can work with a demanding team and support the BOD.
