Head of Landscaping – Facilities Management Service Provider - Jeddah, KSA

Our client is a multi-National company and a leading, KSA based Facilities Management Service Provider. They have a portfolio of blue-chip clients throughout the Kingdom, specializing in delivering Hard and Soft Services to a diverse property portfolio. This includes Landscaping, MEP and Cleaning services. Currently they are seeking a Head of Landscape for their Landscaping division. Candidates should be experienced managing landscape maintenance and project management.

Requirements:
• Experience managing a blue-collar landscape Team.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance
• Knowledge of project delivery – with projects with not less than SAR 300M budget
• Good Leadership
• A Team Motivator
• Interpersonal skills
