Job description / Role
As head of Legal and Corporate Affairs you will be responsible for effectively guiding the legal operations by defining frameworks and guidelines governing all Legal activities to safeguard the interests of the client at all times.

Description
* Lead the development of the clients vision, mission and corporate strategy, as a member of the Senior Management Team, to ensure the client achieves its short, medium and long-term goals and mandate.
* Ensure the achievement of the department's strategic objectives by setting priorities and objectives for direct reports, managing performance, developing and motivating highly qualified talent, and providing strategic direction to maximise performance, and improve operational excellence and productivity
* Manage the clients relationships with appropriate government authorities to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks in company's best interest

Requirements
* Saudi and Bahraini Nationals only
* Bachelor's Degree in Law or other related field
* Total of 12+ years of experience
* 10+ years for B.S.C. holders or 8+ Years for Master holders in a relevant industry, out of which 5 years at a Senior Management
