Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is a leading Facilities Management company in the Middle East region delivering TFM services to clients.

They are currently seeking a Head of Operations to manage cross multiple sites (showrooms, office buildings, etc.)

The successful candidate should be able to manage P&L and Budgets and daily PPM schedules.

Requirements

• Experience in facilities management
• Experience delivering Total FM services including: MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) Maintenance and cleaning services
• Knowledge of HVAC systems
• Budget management
• Contract management knowledge and an understanding of SLA and KPI
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Computer literate
