WSP are looking for a Health Safety and Security Manager, who will be accountable for ensuring that Health & Safety policies and procedures are effectively embedded across the major project in Makkah, sites and office environments in compliance with local and international rules and regulations
The key objectives of the role will be to;-
• Develop HSSE plans to be implemented across the program of works (consultants and contractors)
• Review HSSE plans of the organizations we manage
• Provide advice, support and training on compliance with relevant HSE requirements at all stages of the project.
• Assess, communicate and monitor HSE performance and compliance in line with statutory requirements.
Role duties will include the following;-
• Communicate effectively with site personnel and colleagues to promote Health and Safety at Work.
• Establish effective security measures in the site area
• Review and comment on contractors HSE Documents and Method Statements and Risk Assessments for compliance.
• Conduct HSE Inspections and audits of projects and management systems and concisely assess levels of compliance with current company and legal requirements.
• Develop and apply technical knowledge relevant to the specific HSE risks associated with our activities.
• Maintain a current knowledge of Local and International Health and Safety Rules and Regulations.
Requirements
In order to meet the challenge you will have the following skills and experience:-
• Bachelor Degree with minimum 15 years relevant experience
• Previous experience in Project Management organizations.
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written in English
