We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Healthcare Director to lead the operations of a prominent healthcare facility comprising a 200-bed hospital and seven clinics. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of healthcare delivery, ensuring exceptional patient care, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the overall healthcare services provided by the hospital and clinics.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and patient-centered care.

Operational Management:
• Direct and coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.
• Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and workflow processes.
• Implement best practices in healthcare management to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and industry best practices.
• Implement quality assurance programs to monitor and improve the quality of patient care and clinical outcomes.

Financial Management:
• Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial sustainability and responsible resource allocation.
• Monitor financial performance, identify opportunities for cost savings, and implement measures to improve financial efficiency.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Foster positive relationships with healthcare professionals, staff, and other stakeholders to create a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless integration of clinical services.

Patient Experience:
• Prioritize patient satisfaction and experience, implementing strategies to enhance the overall patient journey.
• Address and resolve patient concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements

Educational Background:
• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:
