Job description / Role

Objective:
Welcome customers, seat them at tables or in lounge, and help ensure quality of facilities and service.

Main responsibilities:
- Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas.
- Provide guests with menus.
- Take and prepare to-go orders.
- Maintain contact with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, and customers to ensure that dining details are handled properly and customers' concerns are addressed.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of dining room staff to ensure that customers receive prompt and courteous service.
- Receive and record customers dining reservations.
- Order supplies and equipment for tables and serving stations.
- Assist with preparing and serving food and beverages.
- Direct customers to coatrooms and waiting areas such as lounges.
- Plan parties or other special events and services.

Desired start date: Immediately
Gross monthly base salary: 4000 SAR
Other Benefits: Housing: 1000 SAR, Trans: 500 SAR

Nature and length of previous experience: No experience required

Soft Skills and Personality traits:

- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and confidence.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
- Excellent verbal and telephone skills to be able to communicate clearly and effectively with our guests.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Be flexible and willing to assist as needed to ensure all restaurant standards are met
