Job Description
Responsible for overall cleanliness of guest rooms and public area during the shift.
Follow up on tasks assigned by head of the department.
Maintain department files and records.
Greet, welcome & provide assistance to hotel guests and visitors.
Suggest suitable training for Housekeeping team.
Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
Protect assets and equipments from misuse.
Ensure all team members in Housekeeping are carrying their tasks up to high level of standards.
Work closely with Engineering department to resolve maintenance tasks in guests rooms, public area and prioritize tasks.
