Charterhouse is working with a prestigious and well-established Saudi organisation who is looking to hire 2 new HR Business Partners.

This role holder is responsible for ensuring coordination between Human Resources and the respective departments. You will continually strive to understand their Human Resource requirements and lead the necessary coordination, intervention and follow-up to drive timely and effective delivery of HR services including resolutions and closure of all requests / issues / complaints.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 6 years experience. It is essential you are a Saudi National who is Degree educated in Human Resources, Business Management or a relevant field - professional certifications such as CIPD and SHRM will be advantageous. You should also have previous experience working in a generalist HR role, ideally at HRBP level.
