HR Director - Saudi National - Riyadh - Engineering
Our client is seeking a HR Director to join its team.
Client Details: Large Multinational Engineering Company
The HR Director will be responsible for the entire HR function for the company in Saudi Arabia, including (but not limited to) that following areas:
* HR Strategy and Policy
* HR Management Cycle Processes - i.e. performance management, employee development, training, etc.
* HR Budgeting
* Hr Administration -i.e. payroll, sick leave, vacation, etc.

Requirements
* Bachelors degree from a recognized university in HR or Engineering.
* Generalist HR experience covering all aspects of HR.
* Exposure to senior management.
* Extensive knowledge of local labor and employment legislation in KSA.
* At least 5 years experience in a senior HR Management position.
* Experience within the Engineering/ Construction industry will be viewed favorably.
* Language: Fluent English is a must.
* IT Literate.
* Role is based in Riyadh and will require the successful candidate to be based in Riyadh also.
