Job description / Role
Morgan McKinley is currently seeking an experienced HR Executive with Learning & Development knowledge.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to employees at all levels in learning and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* All HR functions
* Project and Reports for training requirements
* Prepare the annual Training budget
* Develop and conducting talent development centres to support continuous development
* Responsible to manage training centre facility
* Generate management and ad-hoc reports as and when required
* Provide tools to measure training effectiveness & implementation
* Administration of all training activities and records
You will also be responsible for assisting line manager in develop and conducting talent development centers to support continuous development.
Requirements
* 3-4 years of experience in managing Learning & Development
* SAP/Oracle working knowledge. Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Intermediate
* Graduate in Business Management - major in HR preferable
* Certification in Training Competence - desirable
* English / Arabic(preferable)
