Employment: Full Time

A multinational manufacturing business is seeking an HR Generalist on a 12 month contract basis to support its factory operation.

The role will include handling Employee Relations, Recruitment, Performance Management, Policies and Procedures and Compensation and Benefits. You will be the first point of contact in HR, reporting to the Plant Manager in Saudi and the HR Manager in Dubai. You will work with line managers in supporting their recruitment requirements, providing a range of employee services and ensuring HR policies and procedures are adhered to. You will manage reporting to the HR Manager and ensure government relations requirements are met.

The company is going through a period of change and you will be supporting this new development, this is an excellent opportunity to gain some exposure within a large multinational.

Requirements

You MUST be a Saudi National with a Degree and have at least three years HR experience. You will have good knowledge of labour laws and be able to work effectively on your own with a high level of accountability. You will ideally be available IMMEDIATELY or on a short notice period.

Please note this a 12 month contract only.
