Employment: Full Time

The role of the HR Generalist reports into the HR Manager. the HR Generalist will work closely with the HR manager to build a comprehensive, strategic HR service to the firm with a strong emphasis on communication and collaboration with internal and external client groups in Riyadh.

Responsibilities include
• Recruiting, Employer branding activities at local universities, managing the application process, interview process, recruiting strategy, onboarding, exit interviewing, monitor Iqama renewal dates and liaise with the PRO, manage Dubai-Saudi visa process and keep up to date on local changes, manage medical insurance and pension details for KSA staff along with general HR operations for the KSA office to include:

General HR:
• Keep custody of corporate documents (trade license etc), tracking expiry dates and arranging for renewals
• Ensure staff files and archives on a long term basis are in order to keep documents in compliance with labour law and relevant internal procedures.
• The HR generalist is required to be flexible and have a working knowledge of all functions of HR.
• Support UAE L&D team in coordination of training in Riyadh (book training rooms, attendance check, feedback form collections…etc.)
• Update UAE HR on public holiday announcements for KSA

Requirements

• A relevant bachelor's degree plus 5 years HR experience, preferably at a professional services firm
• Strong knowledge of KSA Labor law
• Very strong verbal communication skills; fluency in English and Arabic
• Advanced level computer skills; Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Comfortable with the use of data based systems and report running
• Organizational skills: ability to handle competing priorities effectively
• Resourcefulness and strong problem-solving capability
• Strong service orientation and responsiveness to requests
• Ability to work cooperatively and flexibly as a member of a team
• Ability to respect all BCG information as personal and confidential
• Familiarity with managing vendors and outsourced PRO services, desirable

To be the chosen candidate for this position you will need to be currently based in Riyadh with at least 5 years previous experience working in a HR team at an professional services multinational.
