Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

HR Generalist - Saudi National - Riyadh

Will be required to liaise with the relevant line managers or departments/department heads based outside of Saudi Arabia.

• Recruitment: Source candidates in coordination with the EMEA recruitment team.

• Training and Development: As the local point of contact, ensure compliance with all regulatory training requirements.

• Compensations and benefits: Collect local market feedback and information regarding the current compensation and benefits market.

• Performance Management: Promotions (title or pay wise), career development, poor performers, disciplinary action as and when required.

• Internal Mobility: Transfer or relocation of employees; and ensure all legal and compliance documents are in place.

• Employee relations: Escalating issues as and when appropriate; providing guidance regarding employee issues; local liaisons with Legal and employees when necessary

• Payroll: Handle all payroll duties appropriately (Registrations, calculations, payments, etc)

• Laws: Ensure all policies and guidelines are in line with the local labor law and regulations.

• Other HR related responsibilities depending on the business needs and requirements.

Requirements

• Bilingual is a must (Arabic and English)
• Minimum 2 years HR experience (MNC preferable)
• Business Administration or HR degree preferable
• Strong interpersonal, influential and judgement skills.
• Problem identification, analysis and solving.
• Hands-on, involved and invested, self motivated, attention to detail, a team player.
