HR Manager

Job description / Role

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify HR priorities and initiatives.
• Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Stay up to date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices and policies.

Salary: up to 50K SAR all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Riyadh, KSA

A trusted group for all home needs, Fashion, and wide range of appliances, based in Riyadh, KSA with known expansion in the Middle East Region.

Qualifications:
• Open to Indian nationals
• Male, 30 to 45 years old
• At least 5 years of experience in the similar role and industry
• Extensive experience in managing large groups of employees within the retail sector is required.
• Open to overseas candidates as long as with work experience for at least 2 years in KSA under the same industry.
• Immediate joiners are prioritized.
