Job description / Role
1on1 HR Consulting is seeking a highly-experienced HR Generalist / Manager to manage the entire gamut of HR in Saudi Arabia for our client.
Focused strongly on Saudi Arabia, this is an exciting project where you will need to roll up your sleeves, develop and write all HR policies for the company from scratch, develop, document and deliver systems and processes, manage onboarding and all documentation required.
Along with the Policy, Process and Forms Development, You will also be working with the company to build, implement and train on the new HRM system. Therefore, you need to be a doer of things, having the right attitude to find solutions to problems and fix it. You will command a strong personality and build good working relationships with the employees within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop specific policies as per the company requirements and needs
- Work with on boarding of new employees, visas, documentation.
- Develop systems and processes around HR Operations, Recruitment, Employee Welfare and Compensation and Benefits
- Travel when required to other regions
- Lead a small team in HR
Requirements
- Minimum seven years’ experience in Human Resource function in Saudi Arabia.
- Knowledge of Saudi Labour Laws.
- Have proven experience with developing and writing policy to an internationally recognized high standard.
- Have experience with managing onboarding and documentation of staff in the region.
- Flexible and a hands-on experience professional, easy to approach and able to logically handle queries and questions.
