HR Manager – Saudi National

The Role

A global provider of laboratory testing and advisory services our client services many of the world's most dynamic companies. Due to their current expansion they are looking for a experienced Saudi National to manage their HR Function.

Based in Dammam and reporting to the General Manager you responsibilities will include managing the talent acquisition process, you will participate in job fairs, conduct recruitment drives and align the organization with recognized universities to attract high performing talent. You will review current policies and procedures and implement improvements to encourage a high performing culture. This position will require hands on approach; you will handle the day to day operations including Employee relations issues, grievances and payroll. Working closely with Government agencies you will ensure the organization is compliant with all labor regulations. There will be a focus on nationalization programs; you will be expected to focus on development programs for Saudi Nationals reviewing current training and development initiatives. This position will require a hands on approach with a good understanding of Strategic HR.


The successful will be required to have a recognized degree; you must have a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar position. You must like a challenging environment and have hands on approach. A proven track record in leadership, change management and nationalization programs.
