Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading multinational organisation who is looking to hire a Human Resources Manager for their new site in Jeddah.
Reporting to the MD in Saudi Arabia, you will be in charge of maintaining and enhancing the organisation's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs and practices. You will also cover training, compensation and benefits as well as Saudisation for the company. This role will have 3 direct reports.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be educated to Degree level within business studies, HR or similar and should have at least 3 years’ experience in a HR management role. Full knowledge of KSA employment law is essential and you should have excellent English communication skills, both written and oral. Only Saudi Nationals need apply.
