Job description / Role
The client is a leader in the global maritime industry and are looking to hire an experienced HR/OD Manager for their office in Dammam. Ideal experience would be 10+years with well known MNC's within Saudi Arabia.
Support, advice and give guidance to the General Manager and local managers in personnel related issues and ensure that the global and regional HR & OD strategy, policies, processes and tools are implemented. The HR Rep will be pro-active and implement changes on tax laws, labour law and social security regulation, which will affect client and its employees.
Requirements
• Bachelor/Masters degree or equivalent, preferably from Human Resource Management or business administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience within Human Resources in Saudi Arabia
• Experience with Global companies
• Good understanding of HR processes and tools as well as local labour law and regulations.
Competitive SAR25,000- SAR30,000+bonus. Immediate start preferred.
