HR Policy and Employee Relations Manager

Job description / Role

On behalf of our client a leading logistics firm that is based in Damman we are looking to recruit a Male HR Policy and Employee Relations Manager. Reporting to the Head of HR you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of company HR strategies, policies and procedures, provide high quality HR advice to employees and Managers, assess current and future HR policy requirements, plan headcount based on requirements and studying and assessing benefit needs and trends.

Requirements

The successful candidate must be a resident of Saudi Arabia, have a minimum of 5 years HR experience, be degree educated in HR, an expert in all areas of MS Office, demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and an aptitude working with numbers.
Only candidates with a transferable Iqama are suitable for this role
