HR Specialist (Saudi National)

We have a great opportunity for a HR professional to join a very reputable multi-national oil & gas company in Dammam. This post would best suit someone with 3-5 years of general HR experience, good knowledge of Saudi labour law and a good foundation of Employee Relations experience.

Job Description:

• Responsible for functioning as a strategic business partner providing HR strategies and services to employees.
• Areas of focus would include: recruitment/placement/staffing initiatives, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, training initiatives, government compliance, and workforce planning.
• Implementation of strategies to attract and retain motivated, talented employees.
• Manage the investigation and resolution of day-to-day employee relations issues.
• Maintains compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for employee communications and planning.
• Manages and leads the planning and execution of appropriate major projects.
• Provide quality human resource processes and excellent service to all employees.
• Leads the implementation of corporate initiatives and proves on-site administration.
• Manage staff-related activities, coordinating coaching, appraisals, and training.
• Complies with the company policies, procedures, and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
• Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with, and develops his/her staff and manages HR-related activities in line with Human Resources norms and procedures.

Salary:
SAR 12,000 to 16,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Qualification Requirements:

• Degree in Business Management / Administration / Engineering / MIS / HR / or relevant major
• 3-6 years generalist HR experience
• Good knowledge of Saudi Labour law and Employee Relations
• Saudi national
• Confident and career-minded
• Ability to travel internationally as required
• Good personality and ability to network with people at all levels
