Responsibilities:
• Manage the Human Resource Department
• Provide guidance to employees in order to resolve complex employee relations issues
• Develop and manage the talent acquisition strategy
• Design and implement a plan to maximize employee retention
• Determine current resourcing needs and develop workforce planning
• Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters and oversee the HR initiatives
• Develop and monitor an annual budget that includes HR services, employee recognition and administration
• Implement the Saudization plan
• Continuously develop and manage the internship and graduate program
Requirements
Requirements:
• Prior experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager/Director
• Experience managing employer branding initiatives and full cycle recruiting
• Sound knowledge of various sourcing techniques/tools (e.g., professional platforms, social networks)
• Sound knowledge of all labor regulations
• Ability to develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with candidates as well as with internal teams and external partners
• Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
• Exceptional team-management and organizational skill
• Bachelors Degree
