The client is looking for a HR Team Lead who is experienced at handling administrative tasks and operationally running a HR department in a smooth and efficient manner.

Description
As the HR Team Lead:
* You are responsible for the day - to day management of HR functions, including but not limited to employment agreement negotiations, implement HR policies, manage staff wellness at labour camps, employee disputes, etc.
* You must ensure that the company is in compliance with local labour laws and regulations.

Requirements
* You have a Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
