Job description / Role
POSITION OBJECTIVE <br> The position is responsible for HRMS software implementation across Apparel Group and improvise the same in terms of configuration and customization as per the business requirement. <br><br>Key Responsibilities<br>- Provide support in developing HRMS software<br>- Assist in the review of data in HRMS to ensure 100% accuracy<br>- Following all processes defined in the project including system administration<br>- Ensures data integrity and accuracy of employee and organization information through periodic reviews and audits<br>- Collaborate with other HRMS users (Payroll, Accounting, Projects, etc.)<br>- Update of employee information, documents etc in the HRMS manually avoiding an excel upload from the vendor side<br>- Provide the user details to all employees for HRMS access<br>- Ensures the internal workflow mapping for all employees are updated accordingly<br>- Report preparation<br>- Handles queries related to HRMS for employees <br>
