Job Description:
As the Infrastructure & Utilities Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising all aspects of infrastructure and utilities within our real estate projects.

Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive infrastructure and utility strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Design Review: Conduct thorough design reviews for development and master planning projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- Project Oversight: Provide leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of infrastructure and utility components.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, consultants, and government authorities to drive successful project outcomes.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of relevant regulations and ensure compliance in all infrastructure and utility aspects.

Requirements

Qualifications:
- Minimum 20 years' experience in infrastructure and utilities management within the real estate sector.
- A proven track record of successful development and master planning design review projects.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
