Role Summary:

Inventory Service Specialist Position reports directly to the BHGE Project Coordinator and is responsible for Implement safe Site operations, coordinate logistics and activities of the BHGE companies as well as relevant third party companies on integrated operations projects at the wellsite.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Perform all goods issues in a timely manner
- Responsible for receiving, checking, unpacking and booking into stock all incoming deliveries, and ensuring they are done in a timely manner.
- Report any discrepancies for short shipments or damaged goods using the correct process and documentation depending on vendor.
- Responsible for incoming inspection of all goods received into inventory.
- Responsible for the return of damaged, rejected or surplus materials to vendors, ensuring changes to P.O.'s are communicated to Procurement and updated in SAP accordingly.
- Ensure accuracy of all inventory and assets held in stock by being active in inventory and asset cycle counts.
- Ensure that all air freights are properly packed, marked, labeled and documented correctly.
- Ensure that all dangerous goods are properly packed, marked, labeled and documented to meet current legislative requirements.
- Continue to seek ways of improving and developing the Supply Chain.
- Take an active role in identifying non-conformances and be positive by introducing recommendation and improvements.
- Ensure stores and shipping bay is maintained in a tidy, orderly and safe manner.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain management , Finance and Business Administration preferred or any other related field with (0-2 yrs. Experience)
- Diploma/High schools with 5 years' experience in multinational environment.

- Demonstrate organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent English Communication skills verbal & written.
- Ability to work in a team environment and on own initiative.
- Problem solving skills.
- Knowledge/experience with SAP system.
- Demonstrates a good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Skills in complying with Health and Safety rules and regulations.
