Investment Analyst

Job description / Role

- Analyze Greenfield projects, M&A projects, risk and strategic projects.
- Strong knowledge in developing cash flow projections analysis models using Excel software
- Strong knowledge in methods of evaluations and calculations
- Strong background in developing feasibility studies, covering market research, industrial research, financial models, projections and sensitivity analysis
- Support Investment Analysis Manager on tasks and projects.
- Review internet news sites, prospectus fillings and industry publications.
- Generate investment marketing materials new ideas and concepts.
- Coordinate with equity group colleagues to counsel on equity investments structuring and valuation.
- Engage in public debt issuance and review financial contracts.
- Capture financial accounting systems investment transfers.

Requirements

- The candidate will be involved in asset allocation studies, evaluate potential new investments and perform qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Review investments and prepare materials and Investment Committee proposals and presentations.
- Track fundraising cycles for non-marketable investment managers.
- 3-5 years experience with reputable investment firms or investment consultant
- Bachelor degree in investment and finance / MBA
