Job description / Role
Objectives: Our client is a private investment company with an office in Jeddah and London. They are looking for an experienced Investment Analyst to be based in Jeddah covering the Saudi market.
The role involves focusing on direct investment opportunities and they are particularly interested in candidates with energy & power, infrastructure, retail, hospitality and healthcare experience.
Reporting to: Investment Director
Main responsibilities:
* Detailed financial analysis on target companies as well as thorough market research
* Financial modelling (DCF and LBOs) on portfolio firms and potential investments
* Financial structuring, due diligence, and arrangements for potential investments
* Monthly progress reports on portfolio companies
* Investor relations, answering queries of senior management and the family as and when needed
Gross monthly base salary: 9,000 to 13,000 (SAR)
Requirements
* Bachelor degree holder, candidates embarking or completing their CFA would be a bonus
* Other certifications obtained: CFA
Specialist knowledge:
Financial Analysis, investment securities, and other knowledge that involves in analytical and quantitative skills, such as statistics, mathematics, physics or engineering.
