IPBB NOC Engineer

Job description / Role

- Trouble ticket issuing and handling.
- Work order issuing and handling.
- Escalation if need 2nd level maintenance handling.
- Monitor network and performance threshold alarms.
- Analyze and classify alarms.
- 1st level restoration.
- Handle customer problem.
- Perform maintenance routines.
- Analyze maintenance routines result.
- Report handling.
- Knowledge of ospf, isis, bgp , mp-bgp, mpls,mpls te,
- Vlans configuration
- Understanding l2 and l3 vpns, vpls, its configuration and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of vrrp, trunks, vlans
- Working experience on huawei routers ne40e-x3, x8,x16 routers
- Ability to perform quick analysis and diagnosis of networking problems and network designs
- Clear understanding of noc processes
- Excellent concepts of network monitoring and fault identification
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting ability
- Good administrative skills on network management systems (m2000, u2000, prtg mos7100,sdm,emc,agp)
- Daily system health check-up and removal of alarms.
- Maintaining the database regarding connectivity, spare cards tracking etc.

Requirements

- Minimum 02 years of experience in same field
- CCNA
- CCNP
- Candidate must be fluent in English
