Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Data Strategy: In this role, you will spearhead the development and implementation of our data strategy, ensuring alignment with Tawreed's commercial objectives.
• Your strategic vision will guide the organization in leveraging data to drive business success.

Data Plan Development:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a comprehensive data plan, complete with KPIs and metrics.
• Your expertise will be pivotal in establishing a framework to measure, monitor, and align our data efforts, driving continuous improvement.

Technical IT Support:
• Provide hands-on technical support to users during the transaction phase, ensuring seamless data integration and system functionality.
• Your technical acumen will be instrumental in overcoming challenges and optimizing data processes.

Data Privacy and Security:
• Uphold and enforce high standards of data privacy and security.
• As the custodian of our data assets, you will implement robust measures to safeguard sensitive information, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate for the lead data position is an accomplished professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the FinTech or banking industry.
• You should demonstrate a proven track record in leading successful data initiatives, possessing a strategic mindset to align data strategies with commercial objectives.
• You excel in developing comprehensive data plans with KPIs and metrics, providing hands-on technical support during transaction phases, and ensuring the highest standards of data privacy and security.
