Job description / Role
• Responsible to support Senior IT Technician in providing high quality IT infrastructure and services to enable business operations in accordance with corporate IT policies and procedures.
• Monitor and track users’ level of satisfaction with the quality of IT infrastructure and services
• Support end users on the usage of new applications and collect feedback on functionality and improvement opportunities for existing applications
• Provide first level IT technical support services, supporting with desktops, laptops, printers, handheld devices, operating systems, etc.
• Consolidate technology upgrade requests and evaluate compatibility with existing IT infrastructure and systems
• Support the implementation of IT projects
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• IT certification is preferred (e.g. MCSE, CCIE, CISSP, CCNA, ITIL, A+, MCTS).
• Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
• 3-6 Years Experience.
