Employment: Full Time

IT Coordinator is responsible for supporting the IT team in managing information technology and computer systems, controlling and evaluating IT and electronic data operations for the project , in collaboration with the Head of Shared Services - IT and the company services teams

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

• Provide support to Shared Services IT in the selection/roll out of major IT initiatives across the project
• Support the Shared Services IT function with:
• Identify the critical digital strategies to help drive the achievement of the project's business objectives
• Monitor the efficiency of IT systems, including Performance Management Systems, IT reporting, etc.
• Develop a long-term vendor planning and relationship strategy
• Develop an IT Program Management Framework
• Implement a comprehensive financial MIS system, and the design of processes to provide appropriate/critical information and reports on a timely basis to the Head of Shared Services
• Manage application configurations and upgrade; and perform adequate testing and software performance
• Ensure IT continual support is provided to Sindalah’ s function’s particularly in the areas of IT Infrastructure and IT Governance and Security
• Collaborate with the Head of Shared Services to implement policies, procedures, and systems
• Work with NEOM services closely to efficiently and effectively develop the required deliverable to achieve the project's goals and objectives
• Contribute to the human capital needs and requirements for the IT department
• Provide support to the Head of IT under shared services and act as a link from operating businesses to the IT team

Requirements

BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organization skills and proven capability to support and administrate for cross-function teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills, principled approach to understand problems and approach to decisions through data analytics and data science
• Strong team player with ability to support and interface with multiple partners
• Bachelor’s Degree in information technology or other related fields
• 5+ years of experience in the information technology entity
