Job duties

Tasks:

- Operate and maintain the systems by ensuring proper backup and periodic maintenance
- Deploy new desktop PCs and maintain old ones.
- Fix, diagnose or isolate problems with network, PCs, terminals and all peripherals.
- Initiate and follow-up on orders for computer parts needed for maintenance.
- Assist users with proper operations of computers, equipment and software systems.
- Train and advise users in general usage and operation of computer equipment.

Experience and skills required for the job

- A+ Certificate is a plus
- Training on windows operating system environment and MS desktop products
- Experience in networking domain environment and business applications and general knowledge in servers hardware & Software
- Good Communication Skills
- Good English Language
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in the same field
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Saudi Nationality (Male)
