Employment: Full Time

IT support leadership position for a fast growing organisation, providing support to users and VIP stakeholders

Client Details

New organisation being established in order to achieve a key Vision 2030 objective


* IT service delivery manager providing support to up to 200 users including VIPs
* Supporting day to day IT issues in a timely manner, and triaging IT support requests using systems like ServiceNow
* Someone to grow out a team of IT support operatives as the business grows

* Experienced in managing IT support in a large organisation and/or an organisation that is in a huge growth phase
* Experience in M365 and IOS/Mac support
