Job description / Role
As an IT System Administrator, you will be responsible to provide end-user support, server / network administration, Cloud setup administration, routine maintenance, and infrastructure support.

Description
* Providing end-user support for all PC based hardware, applications, and services.
* New user setup and orientation including installing and configuring workstations, software, telephone services, network printing, etc.
* Windows Server Installation, Configurations & Administration.
* Administration, support and configuration of MS Office O365 for staff.
* Ensuring the operational health of the SharePoint online environment including security, availability, performance, interoperability and reliability.
* Training and educating end-users on O365 capabilities and collaboration tools (OneDrive, Teams, OneNote, Outlook etc).
* Experience administering O365, Exchange, Azure Active Directory and SharePoint environment.
* Full understanding of Microsoft Azure and RMS.
* Network & Security Administration ( Cisco Routers, Switches and Firewalls)
* Provide overall operations and monitoring of CCTV systems.
* Logging all IT service requests, complaints & incidents
* Coordinate & follow up on Technical issues within IT Team or external suppliers.
* Maintain file server & backup activities as per policies define.

Requirements
* Degree in Information Technology or related field.
* Minimum experience in similar role of 4-6 years.
* Experience administering O365, Exchange, Azure Active Directory and SharePoint environment.
* Help desk experience and ability to provide technical and end-user support.
* General knowledge of networking - IP, DNS, SMTP.
* Microsoft & Cisco certification is highly recommended.
