Role: SAP EHS Consultant

Requirement:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP EHS Consultant to lead our greenfield implementation project in Environment Management and Workplace Safety. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in SAP EHS with a proven track record of successful end-to-end implementations.
- Lead the gathering of business requirements and the development of system requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Design and implement SAP EHS solutions with a focus on Environment Management and Workplace Safety sub-modules.
- Manage one or more full cycle implementations of SAP EHS, ensuring effective integration with existing enterprise systems and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and compliance to ensure seamless deployment and adoption of new systems.
- Develop and deliver training to end users, ensuring staff are well-equipped to utilize the new systems.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-implementation to optimize system performance and user satisfaction.
Requirements
Qualification:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP EHS consulting, with specific expertise in Environment Management and Workplace Safety.
- Demonstrated experience in leading at least 1-2 end-to-end SAP EHS implementations, excluding support projects.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP EHS standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
