Junior Lawyer

Job description / Role

Objectives: Responsible for contributing to the provision of a comprehensive legal service on its liabilities, obligations and in the identification of risk.
Main responsibilities:
• Establishment of Foreign and Local Companies
• Review and process Cases
• Trademark and Agencies Registrations.
• Draft and Review Contracts
• No Direct contact with client unless approved by Senior Associate
• Have the right to attend hearings
• Prepare and Submit reports to Direct Manager
• Do follow ups in front of Governmental Authorities and Ministries
(All mentioned duties above must be under direct supervision of a Senior Associate)
Gross monthly base salary: 7,500 - 9,000 (SAR)

Requirements

• University Qualifications: Degree from a Shari’ah college or bachelor of law from one of the Kingdom’s universities,
• Other certifications obtained: BAR, Post-graduate Diploma of legal studies from the Institute of Public Administration, Valid Law License from the Ministry of Justice
• Nature and length of previous experience: Experience not less than 2-5 years in Legal Field

Specialist knowledge:
• Represent clients in criminal and civil litigation and other legal proceedings, draw up legal documents, and manage or advise clients on legal transactions. May specialize in a single area or may practice broadly in many areas of law.
• Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for individuals and businesses.
• Analyze the probable outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents.
• Proficiency in using computer

• Ability for leadership, analysis and business achievement follow up.
• Knowledge the Government regulation and decrees related with legal business.
• Ability in innovation and negotiation, devolution and team building.
• Mastering in communication skills and dealing with others.
• Ability to develop and modernize work method and models.
