Emerson Automation Solutions currently has a new role for a Junior Painter to be based in our Jubail office, Saudi Arabia that offers skills enhancement and technical growth opportunity
The position is responsible for understanding the Fisher paint requirements and strictly follow the same to achieve the highest quality product finish.
Responsibilities
• Blasting and Painting of control valves, actuators & components, record the same in the paint log.
• Control the curing oven for the proper drying of the painted valves and components.
• Mask the parts for blasting and painting.
• Operate, clean and maintain the blast and paint equipment, accessories and the rooms. .
• Perform the paint inspection and record the same.
• Coordinate with the assembly and stores leader on the blast/paint requirements.
• Prompt the assembly leader when the paint load drops.
• Follow procedure as per manual.
• Ensure paint applied is in accordance with job card prior to final assembly.
• Capable of supervise the contract people involved in masking and blasting.
Requirements
The candidate must have a High School Diploma or higher with 1 -2 years experience in industrial, automotive and industrial instrumentation painting.
