Key Account Manager - Pharmacy Channel
General Description:
• Responsible for defining and driving the growth strategy in the accounts, along with activation of our brands to acquire market share.
Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for Pharma Key Accounts in accordance with the sales target and forecasts
• Coordinate with the Channel Manager to ensure end-tp-end management of KAs from development of sales forecasts to handling customer complaints
• Negotiate and manage commercial terms and contractual arrangements
• Serves as the final escalation point in cases of dunning for Pharma KAs post collection efforts by ATS operations finance
• Help craft Pharmacy channel strategy that results in sustainable profitable growth and market share gain
• Lead the sales force dedicated for the Pharmacy channel to achieve the sales, distribution and visibility targets of company portfolio while enhancing the "go to market" approach and keep developing the relations with key customers
• Manage and lead the team in accordance with sales plans to achieve/exceed objectives in terms of revenue, market share, and marketing penetration
• Organize, control, and motivate team in order to achieve and exceed volume targets within the agreed profit margins by implementing company's strategy, and recommending programs for business improvement
