Job description / Role
A Land Bank Manager will be responsible to value assets and deliver for a leading private developer in the Kingdom. The role requires a Saudi National with strong stakeholder management skills in dealing with the Municipality, RER and any issues related to the lands owned by the company.

Description
Land Bank Management
• Maintain files and documentation database of lands and assets including land information, legal status and technical information
• Develop a centralised data repository and land factsheet for all lands in the portfolio, including the land history, valuations, technical characteristics, price trends, regularity risks, transactibility readiness, and activation priorities and models.
• Manage Land Fencing activities and regulatory requirements (white land taxes, etc.)
• Rate lands and tier lands based on their risk profiles and time value changes.
Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports
• Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Ensure that all relevant periodic and ad-hoc reports are prepared timely and accurately, and meet the department's requirements, policies and standards.
Continuous Improvement
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of real estate function systems, processes and practices considering 'international best practice', improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Safety, Quality & Environment
• Ensure compliance to relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance and a responsible environmental attitude.

Requirements
• The successful candidate will come with a history of working on the client or consultancy side to deliver valuations for multiple land assets.
• Proven experience in driving results and managing key stakeholders including the municipality, while delivering RER and solving any issues related to the lands owned by the company.
• You must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or any other related field with at least 7 years of experience.
• To be considered, you must be fluent in communicating in both English and Arabic.
