Our newest opportunity is for a talented Landscape Architect to join our award-winning team based in Red Sea, Saudi Arabia.

This position is responsible for representing KEO in communications with the client, site engineers and contractors on assigned projects on all architectural related matters.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include:

- Developing and maintaining professional and meaningful relationships with the client to ensure program and project requirements are being satisfied.
- Reporting to the Resident Engineer and assisting in supervising the construction of landscaping
- Ensure the delivery of the contracted Design and Construction Management services to the client.
- Assisting the senior management in reviewing of shop drawings, materials submittals, pre-qualifications, RFI, method statements and other activities.
- Working expertise in Landscape works (Hard & Soft Landscape)
- Ensuring compliance with all KEO internal processes and procedures.
- Previous experience in working procurement of large design and build projects.
- Effective verbal and written communication proficiency.
- Prior experience ensuring projects and programs meet financial objectives.
- Time management and task prioritizing skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Requirements

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 8 years industry experience partnered with a Bachelor in Architecture / Landscape Architecture.
- 5* Luxury Hotel Construction experience is essential for this position.
