Lawyer - Project Finance - International Law Firm - Riyadh

We are seeking a skilled Lawyer with expertise in Project Finance to join our prestigious International Law Firm in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal counsel and support in complex project finance transactions, and will play a pivotal role in advising clients on a wide range of international law matters.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support on project finance transactions, including structuring, negotiating, and drafting loan agreements, security documents, and other financing arrangements.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on international law issues related to project finance and provide strategic guidance to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to mitigate legal risks associated with project finance deals.
- Participate in due diligence processes, review legal documentation, and identify potential legal issues to be addressed in project finance transactions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of legal strategies and solutions to achieve clients' project finance objectives.
- Keep abreast of legal developments and market trends in project finance and contribute to the firm's knowledge management initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and represent the firm in negotiations and meetings as required.

Salary:
SAR 25,000 to 50,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Saudi Qualified lawyer with a strong background in project finance, gained from a reputable international law firm or financial institution.
- 1 to 5 years of professional experience
- Solid understanding of international finance law, including experience in cross-border transactions, project development, and infrastructure finance.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex legal documentation related to project finance deals.
- Proven track record of providing strategic legal advice and support to clients, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to identify and mitigate legal risks.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with diverse teams and clients from different cultural backgrounds.
- Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Arabic or other languages would be advantageous.
- Qualified to practice law in Saudi Arabia or eligible for admission to the Saudi Bar Association.
