Lead Cost Control Engineer

My client is a leading engineering consultants who have recently been awarded a massive marine project on behalf of saudi Aramco in the Ras Al Khair region of Saudi Arabia. They are currently looking to recruit an experience lead cost controls engineer. The role will include the following;

- Provide planning and cost controlling support for the project which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes, etc.
- Perform and manage project activity scheduling and monitoring
- Prepare monthly project report for the monitoring of the project activities on a daily basis and register all issues relating to the project promptly to the Cost Control Manager and management.
- Prepare and issue on a monthly basis the cost Estimate At Completion of the Project (EAC) through the Cost Control Report and Project Control Report.

Requirements

- Candidates should have a degree in engineering or construction related field and should have a proven background spanning 15 years in the construction industry as a cost control engineer.
- Candidates should have worked on mega projects in the Middle East region and should ideally have worked on Aramco projects in the past.
