Key Accountabilities:
- Monitors building fire alarm panels, and other emergency-related systems.
- Monitors the daily building hard & soft services performed by 3rd parties (HVAC, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Janitorial, Pest Control... etc.).
- Monitors the building's needs, consumption, and inventory of furniture, stationary, kitchen supplies, cleaning consumables, and maintenance spare parts.
- Performs inspections of MEP systems to identify and replace worn parts.
- Arranging meeting rooms once requested by Worley or client employees.
- Make sure to keep all evacuation and floor plans updated.
- Monitor cleaning schedules and performance.
- Manage janitorial manpower.
- Respond in promptly to all issues and complaints from clients and employees.
- Parking management.
- Office space management.
- Maintains complete inventory of equipment and assets.
- Coordinate with other teams and depts to ensure the completion of the tasks.
- Supervise the reception team and services.
- Covering the receptionist on breaks or vacations.
- Manage and monitor Pest Control, façade cleaning, mail & courier services, and landscape.
- Follow up on locations' utilities and make sure that have been paid on time.
- Participate in emergency on-call service during non-working hours, weekends, and public holidays.
- Quality check equipment regularly to ensure everything is in working order
- Carry out location activities as directed by the Supervisor and adhere to Risk Assessments and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Conform to all necessary internal and/or external approvals before, during, and after project work, including Permit to Work and Lockout / Tag Out procedures.
- Participate in the Health, Safety & Risk programs including toolbox talks, health safety, and environmental training related to work activities.
- Monitor the use of the PPE within the FM employees and contractors.
- Coordinate with the landlord's maintenance representative and company maintenance team.
- Use safe systems of work when working with all building services and electrical equipment.
- Carry out all other duties as directed by the Facilities Supervisor and Facilities Manager to the benefit of the location.
- Providing reports to the line managers once needed/requested.
- Ensure that all services "requested and unrequested" are delivered in high quality.
- Reports to Facilities Supervisor.

Requirements

Qualifications:
- Training certificate in facility management or building maintenance services or other relevant and recognized qualifications.
- Should obtain high school qualification, or above.
- Good level of English language both written and spoken.

Skills & Experience:
- Computer literacy, mainly Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn and use other common business applications.
- Customer service skills.
- Relevant years of experience in the facility/maintenance sector, preferably within a commercial working environment.
- Experience working with and monitoring 3rd parties.
- Able to foster good relations with colleagues and other departments and be a good team player.
- Flexibility, excellent attention to detail, and ability to identify key issues.
- Able to work under stringent deadlines and a high-pressure environment.
- Technically competent with a technical understanding of building systems.
- Technical and safety awareness with a clear understanding of electrical safety, permit to works, processes, procedures, use of electrical tools, and associated test equipment.
- Is aware of, adheres to, and supports all HSE policies and procedures.
