Lead Infrastructure Engineer

Job description / Role

- Maintenance, and support of SIP infrastructure and network elements
- Lead technical initiatives going in the organization that require an understanding of technology, needs collaboration and coordination across the various Tech teams
- Engage in Issues triaging, troubleshooting, coordination, and resolution efforts for the various systems/platforms of the Global Finance Organization
- Stay updated on the various Systems, teams, and support structures across the organization to be able to effectively engage the right teams and escalate, if needed, for effective and efficient delivery
- Do Impact assessment for any infrastructure level changes work with other tech teams, coordinate with various folks over Implementation and validation plans
- Work with the team members on maintaining the inventory documentation for all the servers, softwares, technologies, and applications supported by the team
- Engage in design and infrastructure review sessions and work with the team on effective design and support documentation
Improve System processes around the team’s engagement, communication with external teams, and the overall delivery
- Be aware of compliance requirements and work with Information Security/Audit teams on Risk filings and exceptions/waivers for the same
- Provide oversight, management and the first level of approval of Global Finance IT Infrastructure spend

Requirements

- Must have 15 years of Design and Construction experience as a Lead Infrastructure Engineer.
- Bachelors in civil Engineering.
- Must have transferable Iqama to join if selected.
- Must be locally available in KSA to join in less than a month.
