Legal Advisor

Job description / Role

As the sole Legal Advisor for KSA, you will be responsible for all legal matters, with assistance from the Regional Legal team. The role will include corporate governance, compliance, commercial transactions and support for functions across the business.

Description

* Provide strategic advice to the KSA Country Manager.
* Handle all corporate governance matters, from company secretarial work through to corporate structure.
* Manage the firm's compliance with food, trade, competition / anti-trust, labour, commercial and data protection law, among others.
* Support other business functions with decision-making, and provide training and awareness sessions on key laws and / or regulatory changes.
* Negotiate, draft and review commercial contracts.

Requirements

* Must be a Saudi National with at least 4 years PQE.
* Must have experience in the FMCG and / or Food & Beverages industries, ideally with a leading multinational or holding group.
* Experience with an international or leading regional law firm is preferable.
