As a Legal Associate Manager with expertise in both advisory and contract law, specifically within the public sector, you will provide strategic legal counsel, manage contracts, and offer advisory services to support the organization's legal needs.

Client Details

My client, a public sector organization is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Associate Manager to join their team.

Description

* Offer expert legal advice and guidance on matters related to public sector laws, regulations, and compliance.
* Conduct legal research, analyze precedents, and stay updated on legislative changes affecting the organization.
* Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting to negotiation, execution, and renewal.
* Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including but not limited to procurement agreements, vendor contracts, and service agreements.
* Apply specialized knowledge of public sector laws, regulations, and policies in all legal activities.
* Interface with government agencies, officials, and regulatory bodies as required.

Requirements

* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution and active Bar membership.
* 5 years of experience in legal practice, with a focus on both advisory and contract law within the public sector.
* Strong understanding of public sector regulations, compliance, and governance.
* Proven track record in contract drafting, negotiation, and management.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage complex legal matters efficiently.
