Job description / Role

Client Details:
Global business in the FMCG industry with several subsidiaries and operations
Description:
* Reviewing, negotiating and drafting a wide variety of contract documents, consultancy agreements, client collateral warranties and confidentiality agreements
* Developing and drafting standard commercial terms and conditions, policies, procedures and guidance notes for the Commercial and Human Resources Departments
* Consultation on risk management, commercial, cost and legal requirements in contracts.
* Preparing project contractual claims, including for extension of time, variations and termination and participating in meetings with clients for resolution of contractual disputes
* Acquiring sound knowledge and understanding of local law and case studies to support contract negotiations and claims
* Preparing and issuing contractual notices
* Supporting all legal matters for the start up of the business, providing legal advice and all contractual support
Requirements
Candidates who apply must meet all of the below criteria:
* LLB/Bachelor of Laws
* Currently living and working in Saudi Arabia
* Experience drafting, reviewing contracts within the consumer industry (Food & Beverage/Services/Facilities)
