Job description / Role

Company:
Our client is a leading provider of airport services. They are currently looking for a Legal Manager to be based in Jeddah.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage all legal affairs & corporate matters
• End-to-end management of all agreements and contracts
• Manage, liaise litigations
• Handle anti-trust, anti-bribery compliances: enforcement, implementation & trainings
• Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.)
• Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies
• Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance
• Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
• Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues
• Communicate and negotiate with external parties
• Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelors/ master’s degree in law is a must
• 5 -8 years of experience in corporate law
• Proven experience as a legal counsel in business environment
• Experience working with a large company in KSA
• Strong knowledge of contract law and compliance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Result-oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a team
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
• Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation
• Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity
• Sound judgement and ability to analyse situations and information
• Outstanding communication skills
